Foot massage questions
What happens during a foot spa and reflexology session?
Your feet are cleansed in a warm foot spa, then your therapist works through pressure points on the feet and lower legs using traditional Thai reflexology techniques.
How long is a foot massage?
Sessions run from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. A 45 or 60 minute session suits most people who are on their feet all day.
Does reflexology hurt?
It should not. Tell your therapist how the pressure feels at any point and it will be adjusted to suit you.
Do I need to undress?
No. For a foot and lower-leg session you stay comfortably dressed; we simply roll up trouser legs.
Can I walk in or should I book?
We take walk-ins when a therapist is free, but booking a time is safer. Request a time online or ring us on 027 954 4659.
