The Massage can be firm to strong to relieve stiffness and tension. Muscle/adjustment is achieved by using hands to apply controlled force to a joint for spine mobilisation. Gentle movement of the joints to increase mobility is also used.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS Please aim to arrive 5 -10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive after your appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time missed at the end of your massage. You will still be charged the full cost of the booked service. We try to extend the time missed, without charging extra. CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS When you have made an appointment online, your booking is accepted ONLY after it is confirmed by us. You will receive a text or email from us. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS - If you cancel an appointment WITHIN 3 HOURS of the appointment time, or do not turn up for a confirmed appointment, you will/may be charged AS STATED BELOW to cover our costs. This allows paying the massager for waiting, and/or the loss of that booking time to another client. - Rescheduling with no fee means letting us know 3 hours before your booking. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *** EXTRA INFORMATION REGARDING PREPAID BOOKINGS *** For ALL bookings, please bear in mind that we are unlikely to be able to fill slots at short notice and that our costs remain the same if you do not come! We greatly appreciate you letting us know the following....... - As soon as you know that you are unable to come AND BEFORE 3 hours of a booked appointment, - Preferably at least by the previous evening, as below. You can ring/txt until 11pm. If you do not let us know, the following applies...... - Failure to give timely notice will incur a late cancellation fee of the full deposit ($60). - If you do not turn up, and give NO notice: a charge of the full deposit will be made. In practice this means, a business hour is an hour for which Keysong Thai Spa Massage is open - typically 9.30 am through to 9.30 pm each day, except Sunday. - For example, to give 3 business hours notice of a 10 am appointment, you would need to cancel by 9 pm on the previous evening.
